Companies Registry’s website updated today (3 March 2014)
The new Companies Ordinance, Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong, (“the new Ordinance”) and 12 pieces of subsidiary legislation commence operation today.
To tie in with the commencement of the new Ordinance, this website has been updated to provide information on the requirements for registration of companies and documents under the new Ordinance.
All forms newly specified for use after the commencement of the new Ordinance are available for download. The full set of information pamphlets which can help you understand the new requirements and services provided by the Registry have also been revised. In particular, the following new information pamphlets have been introduced :
