Luxembourg – New draft FATCA guidance
February 4: The Luxembourg tax authorities this week released a draft version of a new administrative circular for implementing the FATCA regime.
The new draft guidance concerns the file format to be used for the automatic exchange of information between the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg and the United States.
