Iran, Vietnam to eliminate double taxation

TEHRAN, Jun. 27 (MNA) – President Rouhani ordered to implement a law signed between Iran and Vietnam to avoid reception of double taxation and tax evasion.
The bill was passed by the Parliament on May 13 and then reviewed and approved by the Guardian Council on May 27 to become law.

President Rouhani ordered the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance to put the law into effect on May 29, a move which eliminates the double taxation of income or gains arising in one territory and paid to residents of another territory.
