SA / Hong Kong Double Taxation Agreement

(SARS)

The Government of the Republic of South Africa have signed a signed an Agreement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to taxes on income with the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. The date of publication is 24 November 2015 and the Date of Entry into Force is 20 October 2015. For more information see SARS website.
