Turkmenistan, Finland agree to avoid double taxation

Majlis (Parliament) of Turkmenistan has ratified an agreement with the government of Finland for the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income during the regular meeting, the Turkmen government said Jan.13.

Turkmenistan believes that namely innovations ensured Finland’s competitiveness at international level.

The message of the State Statistics Committee of Turkmenistan said that the experience of Finland, which shows the highest results among the states, where international studies to assess the quality of students’ achievements were held, was studied during transition of Turkmen secondary schools to twelve-year education system.
